Went in to get some assistance moving our phones to new accounts. Because we had to leave multiple times for our own reasons we got help from Kalia, Vinnie, and Logan. Each one provided the same level of customer services, they were knowledgeable and very non pressure sales people. We enjoyed our experience, and the way they handled other customers that's came in not being very polite. We now have a place to go where we can relay on getting help.

I have been dreading going into the store for an issue I was having on my older phone. I thought it would take forever, that I’d be looked at as an idiot for not being able to figure it out myself and I thought it would be a hard sell to get me to upgrade. Couldn’t have been more wrong. Logan M (and the other employees) greeted me immediately and warmly. I explained the couple of issues I was having and he was so kind, friendly and knowledgeable. He chatted and connected with me while he worked on the phone and gave me advice. This young man has strong customer skills. It’s not just about knowledge. The customer service is what will keep me coming back. Even though her “fixed” my phone, I’ll be coming back to upgrade in September when the new releases happen. Thank you Logan! Keep up the great work.
