Matthew K helped my wife and I purchase iPhone 17 Pros and get on a plan together. He made the transfer of service a very easy process, which not all Verizon stores are willing to even do for you. He stayed after hours with us to finish transferring our info to our new phones. I would definitely recommend this store and Matthew!
Great experience at this Verizon store! The service was excellent and the trade-in process was super smooth and straightforward. Big shoutout to Pharo - he was knowledgeable, patient, and really took the time to make sure everything was set up perfectly. After the shitty service in T-Mobile, definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend!
Had an excellent experience at this location! Got in quickly and worked with Pharo to upgrade my phone with a promotion. It was all very easy and straight forward! Will definitely return to this location any time I need in store service.

Awesome staff! Great service! My boyfriend and I have a business account and needed a 4th line and to transfer 3 phone numbers amongst our phones. It was quite complex. Vinny and Cody took care of us and stayed late for us. Cody is an excellent manager and supported his staff and Vinny did such a great job. They were exhausted (as were we) but we all maintained humor throughout the phone setup and transfers. I will always 100% recommend them to anyone in the future and I’ll be a long term client as well.

Vincent Is the best at 3500 River Point Pkwy, Sheridan! He goes way above and beyond. I had a return and exchange issue and it took the time to get everything settled well with $100 credit from corporate office and make sure everything was good!
The team at this location is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Pharo and Cody fixed a bunch of problems with my phone and account. They were able to lower my bill while also getting my family new phones. Would reccomend these guys to anyone looking for easy, professional help with their phone plan.
I received an upgrade text for upgrading my IPhone, so I made an appointment with Matt, the Assistant Manager. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and very kind. I would recommend asking for him on your next visit.
