Jessy (with a Y) was phenomenal in helping me. She went above and beyond helping me find the perfect phone case and screen protector and even put them together for me. Her attitude was exceptionally friendly and kind and I felt like family. She even complimented my friends truck. 10/10 would come back

Jessy was AMAZING fixing numerous items that were causing problems on my account as well as with my iPhone 16Pro Max. These issues had been going on since August. I had several “chats” online for months, which were worthless. Jessy solved all of my issues fabulously.

Josh is such an amazing man. Such an honest and attentive salesman. He found me a great deal and talked through all the details! It's not often you see people that are born to be in the profession they're in, bur this is a clear definition of that. Such an amazing job! Wow....

I needed a new screen protector, when I called, Dominic was so helpful on the phone that it changed my mind about going to this store. In the past I wasn't happy with the customer service, but now it's totally different and awesome. Everyone was knowledgeable and friendly. Dominic was amazing in taking off the broken screen protector and making sure I got the kind I wanted (glass protector). He made sure my screen was totally clean and then put the new one on. Helped me register the product for a lifetime warranty too. I definitely recommend this Verizon Store.

I came in today to pay a couple of bill but they were a little busy. Justin did Approach me to greet me and asked what brought me in. He was currently busy but sent over a trainee to help pay my bill. The two young ladies did a great job helping me pay my bills from my discontinued account and my new account. Justin also was able to help me find a really nice set of headphones that they have there. My over all experience there was amazing and easy-going.
