I have been w/ Verizon for 24yrs & I have to say Dom has got to be one of the best people, I have ever worked with. I called him to ask so crazy question. He stopped to listen, ask question. and was so very helpful. He gave me a real answer, not just something to make me go away. Seriously, he went above and beyond to help me out in my time of need. Go to this location and ask for DOM!!!!!!

I came in today with my phone unable to charge and I was absolutely dreading the task at hand. I was blessed with the opportunity to be helped by Jamal and he made the experience seamless and absolutely painless! Others in the store helped fulfill my order in a timely process and I was in and out in no time. If you aren't looking forward to dealing with phone issues,come in and give this store a try. I would like to say that the DOM of the wireless Consultant at Verizon on Eisenhower in Loveland helped us immensely with solving our issues to convert to auto pay with our Verizon accounts after considerable work. All the problems were solved and we’re very grateful! 🤗😘

Dom was absolutely wonderful. He is very very knowledgeable about your phones and paperwork.He saved my life! My phone was totally hacked and he got all the pictures back — he saved every one and got my phone to work and helped me decide on a new phone. He is very personable and kind and patient. We like him. Great customer service!
