Donovan at Verizon was absolutely amazing in getting me set up with a new phone after I demolished my old one earlier today. Made sure that I had everything transferred over from my old phone ,despite it being almost impossible to see. Went above and beyond what I expected!

Jen was absolutely amazing! She made everything so easy and enjoyable and even stayed late with their team to help us out, told us about Laramie and things to do and all around was a comedian, but very very helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better person to help us out getting a new phone at nighttime after my fiancé’s phone broke, you could tell she really enjoys talking to folks, taking her time and being a great help. Honestly made me debate if I should switch from AT&T to Verizon as well if we could have more people like her helping us out! I rate her a 12/10 on the customer service scale if I could.
