Dre and his team were the best! He was so helpful and made the phone buying process so easy and pleasant. Dre was so personable and kind and I really enjoyed working with him! I would highly recommend avoiding this location and going to a corporate Verizon store instead. We signed up through this location, which is owned and operated by my cellular plus, and we were told we were signing up at a one year discounted rate. The rate was outlined in the agreement we signed with my cellular plus, but was never applied to our account. After revisiting multiple times, we were told a manager would reach out, with the employees confirming that the agreement we signed noted a discounted rate but a manager never reached out. We have wasted many hours dealing with this location and would highly recommend you don’t waste your time and instead go straight to an actual Verizon location instead.

Honestly I get nervous going to get a new phone. I don’t know why. Isaac made me feel welcome and made me know exactly what was going on and how to get the best phone and plan I needed. Very grateful he helped me today if you come in to this store ask for him he was phenomenal!🤙💜🌊🌀

Just had a great experience today at this location. Dylan helped me and he was not only knowledgeable and quick, but really friendly. I had quite an old phone and was a bit nervous about getting a new one, but he helped answer all of my questions with no judgement, and helped me transfer my data and feel confident in my new phone (the Google Pixel 9 Pro which I already love). I highly recommend this location and Dylan in particular.
