Vinny helped me out fast and seamlessly transferred all my data to a new phone. I dropped it the same day I was scheduled to go on vacation, and the service was excellent. Highly recommend Vinny and this location for your Verizon needs.

I am a senior citizen plus I have a disabilty and am technology illiterate.I wanted a cell phone like everyone else. Other phone providers have not been patient and were even rude to me but Josh at Verizon on Prospect store in Helena Mt. treated me with respect was unbelievably patient and kind. He sat with me for an hour or more to help me with I what I needed.I am also advocate for people with disabilities and know first hand how hard the topic around inclusion be with the disabled and elderly. Josh and Anita gave me hope regarding where we are in society right now and treated me with so much respect not as if I were the rung of society.Josh and Anita thankyou for all your help you are really professional and just good people.

Tyler is very professional, clearly knows his job, and is willing to ask the 'Oracle' on anything he doesn't know! He is very helpful and clearly wants to help his customers. Vinny needs a raise!!!! Seriously my entire experience was so positive, from the beginning he was so welcoming and kind. My phone was giving me issues and he exhibited a remarkable amount of attention to detail and persistence to make sure everything worked out for me. He approached every question I had with well thought out and specific answers. What stands out most is how sincerely he wants to do right by all his customers, he’s not just doing his job, he’s fully invested in delivering the most personable and reliable service that he can with full integrity. Vinny is a rare employee because he truly cares!!! I insist that he be personally congratulated by management for his uniquely talented performance. I recommend his services to any and all friends and family. 100/10 stars.

Best service ever. Galen was the best in converting my old phone over to a new one. It was not ease as it had my company security on it but working with apple and the company IT guy he got it done and continued on helping with many how to questions.

I had been working with customer service for almost 5 months to correct a billing error without any luck. I went into the local store and Garrett was the most personable and helpful person I have met and worked with me to get the issue resolved. I will know for sure with my December bill. Garrett was awesome, if only the customer service phone team was that helpful. If it weren’t for Garrett I probably would’ve went with another carrier.

Stopped in to see if they could refer someone to fix my phone as I am not on a Verizon plan. I had tried 2 other places that were out of business or moved but had seen Cindy Forgey give them a good referral about a month ago so I thought I would give it a shot. Tyler helped me & took care of all the pop ups saying my phone had a virus, I needed to clean my phone, Walmart ads, sirens & anything else that could pop up. He was kind, patient, & took care of the problem. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! I highly recommend this store.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! Anita —the manager at the store, was helping me with my old phone, it was stuck in SOS for 24hrs… I was switching plans with my iPhone 14 Plus and since i paid off my 14Plus i was able to do a trade-in and got the iPhone16! This experience has TRULY been a blessing in disguise and i am SO SO SO GRATEFUL for Anita’s help! The absolute best manager in that store! Will stick with Verizon because of her help! Thank you Anita!!! You are amazing!
