I had the worst experience going in to talk about Verizon internet and a possible phone upgrade. Kim had started helping me but seemed very distracted and kept glancing at her phone. She then had someone (husband/boyfriend?) come in and he was there the entire time I was and seemed like he was trying to be involved in the conversation? And kept looking at her computer that has ALL of my account info. I would avoid her at all costs if you want to get decent service especially since her name tag said manager. I’m considering leaving as this doesn’t seem safe. Do better.
Raven was super helpful for me. This is the first time I've ever witnessed a phone upgrade go smoothly anywhere. I brought in a really old phone and she was great at explaining the different options I had and what she thought was the most cost effective route. She got my whole phone switched, plan upgraded, and case and screen protector on all during my lunch break. Great service, I am very appreciative!
My experience was fabulous, I was in good hands with shaily b she was very helpful did a really good job at explaining everything I needed to know and overall have a very infectious and positive attitude I would 100% recommend version and there services, once again thank you shaily for the help !
Late on a Friday night, Raven helped me greatly. She was polite, patient and worked the issue of activating an old phone to replace a really old phone. She definitely knows what she is doing and after persistent communication with corporate, the goal was accomplished! Highly recommended.
