I want to say a BIG thank you to Tyler! At this Verizon store location, he was a TREMENDOUS help!! He helped my mom without hesitation and genuinely. He went above and beyond, to help my mom and I out with getting our family plan switched around, updated, and upgraded. Two other Verizon stores told her "they couldn't help her" and deflected us to call a 1-800 number of Verizon Customer Service. The first 2 Verizon stores my mom went to, told her that they could no help us, and that it has to be done all over the phone to customer service. The 2nd store was a "corporate" store, because the lady at the 1st store told us that my mom has to either call customer service to do it, or go to a "corporate" store if she wants the in-person help. They told us that we had to do it all ourselves over the phone, and not in-person. But, Tyler was my mom's 3rd Verizon store attempt to have someone help her in-person at a Verizon store. She needed help changing out her old phone for her new phone, changing accounts around and making me the account owner, transferring files from one to the other, plus applying her military discount. Tyler took the time and was patient with my mother and I for the entire time. It took almost 2 hours for him to help us through getting everything switched over, updated, and discounted, while patiently and genuinely answering any and all of our questions we had. I'd give him 6 STARS if I could!
He helped my mom in-person in Colorado, and remotely he helped me in Florida. He guided us through the whole process, together, with me on the phone all the way down on the east Florida coast. Thank you, Tyler!
