I went into Verizon today and had several issues with my bill to discuss. I was dreading this until I went in and met Reagan! She was fantastic from the very beginning. I am not tech savvy at all and she was able to get each of my issues resolved quickly and effectively! She was personable, extremely knowledgeable and I will go back to the Douglas store and hopefully be able to talk to her every time!

i’m from outta state and kendra and reagan welcomed me into the store with a big smile, n were very friendly. they answered all my questions i had and made sure i left the store with no more concerns. they did there job so amazing i had there full attention!!!
