Visit the Verizon Authorized Retailer – Cellular Plus store located across the road from Scheels in Billings, Montana for the latest Verizon smartphones, tablets, smart watches, and wireless accessories.
The older I get, the more I dread upgrading phones, negotiating new service plans, etc. However, Joe and Christian made the always somewhat cumbersome task relatively painless. They were courteous, efficient, clear and concise in their explanations, and completed the changeover in a timely fashion. Very pleased with the service we received earlier today.
I went to Verizon today to upgrade my iphone. I was greeted and helped immediately by Tyler. He was excellent! He worked with me to set up my new phone, educated me on the device and tweaked my phone plan to save quite a bit of money on our monthly bill. Overall, great experience!
We worked with Jen today and she was amazing! She went above and beyond what she needed to do for us! This amazing lady needs a raise! Hands down the best Verizon experience we have ever had!
Joe was very knowledge and helpful when we were ordering our new phones and got us some great promos. Ryan was incredibly efficient and thorough when we came in to set up all the new devices and even stayed late to get us all taken care of.
