Josh was incredible not only in helping my husband and I with upgrading our phones & adjusting our plan, but he had incredible patience with our 11 month old daughters antics. He listened to what we wanted and made sure to give us exactly what we were hoping for. Strongly recommend not only going here, but working with Josh if he's there. Wonderful worker. Went in to this Verizon today looking for some help. I worked with a Gentleman named Carson. He was awesome. Not pushy at all, very knowledgeable and overall made my experience pretty good for a cellphone store. Can’t recommend enough if you want to cell phone experience without all the pushy ness.

Met with Dylan who is the store manager. He answered the questions I had with an easy going manner. We talked about options, budgets and types of what might work for me. Terrible experience and dishonesty.
We were mislead in many different ways by the salesrep, Tanner. He could easily be a military recruiter. With the MULTIPLE issues, since switching from AT&T to Verizon, we get ignored or told "pretty much you are screwed". We were lied to and/or misled MULTIPLE ways. One of them being the monthly bill. It was quoted that with all we wanted, it would be cheaper than At&t but so far it has been $50 - $100 more than At&t each month.
Tanner also said they would pay off the smartwatch and when asked if we will completely be done with At&t and no more bills anymore from At&t, Tanner told us yes and that we would not get billed by them for anything. Tanner took the watch and low and behold, more bills from At&t kept coming in for the watch.
There are also other things that he was dishonest and misleading about.
When confronted about it, we were, again, lied to, misled and, in so many words, told too bad.
When we requested the contact information for a district or regional manager, Tanner wouldn't give it to us and said he would have the manager contact us instead.
It's been a few weeks and we have yet to hear from a manager at all.
This store's employees and managers clearly have no integrity, do not care about their customers, do not stand behind what they say and do not care at all to make things right.
We suggest go with any other carrier besides Verizon OR if you are adamant to use Verizon, stay clear of this store and find a store that has integrity.

Dylan was knowledgeable, taking care of my issues with my Samsung quickly. Checked our account, making sure that it had not been compromised. He also took time to review our account, then recommended we take advantage of an offer to replace the Samsung with a Google pixel. I am happy I did.

The customer service received by Dylan was superior. He did not rush us in anyway, and made sure to go over all details, including recommendations on plans and even phone cases and chargers. We were very pleased with him, although the wait was about an hour before we were able to meet with Dylan! That’s our only complaint!

This was the best customer service I have received from a Verizon service representative. Lately I have encountered rude, condescending young know it all's that are less than helpful. Shannon was so helpful, patient and extremely knowledgeable. Thank you so much for this pleasant experience. He even suggested a great place for lunch😎
