Terrible experience and dishonesty.
We were mislead in many different ways by the salesrep, Tanner. He could easily be a military recruiter. With the MULTIPLE issues, since switching from AT&T to Verizon, we get ignored or told "pretty much you are screwed". We were lied to and/or misled MULTIPLE ways. One of them being the monthly bill. It was quoted that with all we wanted, it would be cheaper than At&t but so far it has been $50 - $100 more than At&t each month.
Tanner also said they would pay off the smartwatch and when asked if we will completely be done with At&t and no more bills anymore from At&t, Tanner told us yes and that we would not get billed by them for anything. Tanner took the watch and low and behold, more bills from At&t kept coming in for the watch.
There are also other things that he was dishonest and misleading about.
When confronted about it, we were, again, lied to, misled and, in so many words, told too bad.
When we requested the contact information for a district or regional manager, Tanner wouldn't give it to us and said he would have the manager contact us instead.
It's been a few weeks and we have yet to hear from a manager at all.
This store's employees and managers clearly have no integrity, do not care about their customers, do not stand behind what they say and do not care at all to make things right.
We suggest go with any other carrier besides Verizon OR if you are adamant to use Verizon, stay clear of this store and find a store that has integrity.
