If zero stars were an option I would choose that. Have been trying to close my account since July 2024. Went to this site, was told all was taken care of and a refund would come in December. Never happened and find they are once again charging my card for non-existent services.

I would like to thank the person who helped me set up my phone today! Cody helped my dad and I this morning! He was super helpful and I appreciated that he didn’t try to force me into any plans and extras I didn’t need. I also appreciate that he was there to make me happy with my purchase and not for his own benefit! Thank you Cody!

I have been having issues with my phone in all aspects. Most of the team here is exceptional!!! However- Cody at this location has been very kind and has taken a little extra time to understand my issues completely and in full. He even stayed late when I requested to speak to him (after he helped my grandma and I in the past).
I am so thankful Cody could help me out more and I will continue to stay with Verizon as long as I receive the standard of customer service that Cody and the team provided me last evening.
The other two young guys also helped Cody answer some questions and they deserve to be recognized as well! I was there 3/6/2026 at 5pm. All three of these gentleman deserve a pat on the back!

Stay away, non corporate store. They can't honor any deals. I wasted two hours in there, dealing with untrained people or liers, possibly both. I just left the king Ave store. There exact words are stay away from these Verizons etc. I should bill the owner for wasting my time.

I had an awesome experience with Anthony last week. I went in with multiple issues and Anthony handled it all with skill and ease. He helped with transferring a very old phone to the upgraded phone. We had a couple workarounds that he addressed. Also his professionalism with walking me through a very long process was so helpful and much appreciated. He was also very thorough with making sure I had everything in order with my phone plan as well as a new case and screen protector install. Thanks to Anthony and Cody and Skye as well. Very good crew. Great location. Highly recommended.

Josiah was absolutely amazing. I had an issue yesterday which he fixed for me quickly and efficiently. I once again had an issue today. He once again provided top notch service. He is very knowledgeable, but more importantly helped me in such a way that I wasn't ashamed of my ignorance with my poor technology issues. He was so helpful. Im grateful to have met him.

Today me and my fiancé just got the new iPhone 17. Josiah helped us and he was amazing! He was good at multitasking, he was personable, efficient, just all around amazing person to work with! I had the best experience here with Chelsey! She helped me and my husband get hooked up with new phones. She found deals left and right for us to get set up with the best plan, and even lowered our streaming bill! She is personable, funny and a wiz at what she does! She seamlessly juggled 3 different customers, optimizing her work and valuing our time. I was very impressed, and recommend her to all! Wyatt also helped with our daughter's phone on a different visit, and was fantastic to work with. Love these guys!
