I've been a customer at this location since 2019, and the service has always been top-notch. They have a fantastic management team that clearly knows how to train new employees. On a recent visit, I had to wait a while because my old phone kept failing to transfer data to my new one. So, I grabbed my laptop and worked for a bit while I waited. It was a great opportunity to witness how the store manager and senior employees help and mentor their new staff, as well as patiently assist all customers, from the super tech-savvy to those who need a lot of guidance.
On two separate visits, Conrad and Braden (sorry guys, so many spelling options here!) were super helpful and efficient, even when it was busy. Conrad was a standout; he was able to juggle training a new employee who was helping me, and assisting two other customers. He just clearly knows the process and their system really well, and can bounce around and handle everything. I usually don’t need any technical help, but I've noticed all the employees spend a lot of time with people who aren’t up on all the tech. It’s very easy to get impatient, and I truly applaud them for their patience. It's a rare quality to see.
I've been to a lot of Verizon stores, both corporate and authorized retail, but the guys in Belgrade are by far the most consistent and patient team I've ever seen. Keep it up!
