This store replied to my requests immediately and I had an appointment with Matt the next day. Matt spent time looking for the very best option for me upgrading to another phone. I did not have my old phone with me and he did some magic making it all right so I left the store that day with everything I needed. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable in the shop and Matt is just great to work with.

Matt was extremely helpful and professional walking me through options and getting things set up. Highly recommend Matt and the team at this Verizon location.

Edit: despite the very friendly customer service and nice experience, I had a “phantom” line added to my phone bill which is taking a lot of effort for Verizon to fix. In addition, I had some phone protection for $20 extra a month added to my bill. I did not request this, and specifically asked and verified when reviewing terms that this wouldn’t be done/added. It still was. I’ve spent 2+ hours on the phone with Verizon dealing with bill fixes. Since this has cost me a lot of time and effort, I had to drop my rating to 4 stars. I’m not sure if this store and Verizon systems don’t speak well to each other, but I was promised there’d be no impact to my bill and everything would remain the same. Unfortunately that didn’t happen

Owen was fabulous. Got a new used truck and couldn't sync my phone to it. Usually have no trouble but he was total God's sent. Very pleasant young man. Out of 10 stars he gets 100! Wish your Missoula store was half as good as the Belgrade store.

Konrad was an incredibly knowledgeable, friendly salesman at the Missoula Avenue Belgrade Montana store today. Conrad was training Matt and I was so impressed how passionate and positive he was while working with Matt to train him. Conrad was so positive when speaking to Matt. He also gave such clear concise answers and instructions. I was also impressed with all the salesmen at this location. I ended up having a one to one conversation with all the sales representatives. I think that their store environment could use a little less sterile environment .

When I walked into this store, I expected it to be normal. But oh buddy boy was I wrong. I was greeted by two masterpieces of men. Owen's stark blue eyes seemed to gaze into the warmest corners of my heart and lay each beauty to bare. And then there was Shaye, in his demeanor I found the care that evaded me even in lovers. He spoke to me as though he already knew each technicality of all of my problems and was waiting to share his universe of solutions if I would just ask. He took my phone tenderly in his weathered hands and expertly cleansed its port, an issue no other person had a solution for. Then his enchanting beautiful henchmen Owen, selected for me the finest screen protector. He came close to me and whispered "this will protect your phone in a way that I could protect you if you would just let me". I stared frozen at the possibility, and when I came to, Shaye had already completed the operation of replacing my shattered screen protector. In the same way that day... he replaced a shattered heart.

I've been a customer at this location since 2019, and the service has always been top-notch. They have a fantastic management team that clearly knows how to train new employees. On a recent visit, I had to wait a while because my old phone kept failing to transfer data to my new one. So, I grabbed my laptop and worked for a bit while I waited. It was a great opportunity to witness how the store manager and senior employees help and mentor their new staff, as well as patiently assist all customers, from the super tech-savvy to those who need a lot of guidance.

On two separate visits, Conrad and Braden (sorry guys, so many spelling options here!) were super helpful and efficient, even when it was busy. Conrad was a standout; he was able to juggle training a new employee who was helping me, and assisting two other customers. He just clearly knows the process and their system really well, and can bounce around and handle everything. I usually don’t need any technical help, but I've noticed all the employees spend a lot of time with people who aren’t up on all the tech. It’s very easy to get impatient, and I truly applaud them for their patience. It's a rare quality to see.

I've been to a lot of Verizon stores, both corporate and authorized retail, but the guys in Belgrade are by far the most consistent and patient team I've ever seen. Keep it up!

Huge thanks to Mark Braden and Joe at the Verizon store in Belgrade, MT! Mark went above and beyond—super knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. He made the whole process quick, easy, and even enjoyable. Joe was great too! If you want top-notch service, go see Mark—you won’t regret it!
