Mady went above and beyond with her caterer service. She has been a wonderful representative of the Verizon Cellular family in Havre. We upgraded a few family phones and she did a fantastic job in setting up the new watches for the fam. She used top-notch service with the step by step processes in setting up and ordering the devices we needed. Mady thrived in educating menopause using the new watch we bought for our son and assisted with that set up process. We had extraordinary customer service, the store was clean, nice and well put together. Wait times were less then 5 mins each time we went in. Mady has done a very professional job with follow up services after our visits.very thrilled and we will come back again thanks to Mady 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 10/10 care.
