Went in to activate a line on an existing account and port a phone number in. Even though there were no customers in the store, I left without getting either task accomplished. I was told basically to go home and do it all myself. I've done this before at other Verizon stores and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. Two stars instead of one because it wasn't too busy. I would check for a store with more engaged employees.
