I went to this store three times this week, and Jaz helped me every time. Jaz was wonderful, helped me get my new phone, and watch. All while doing this Jaz was constantly eager to help me out and make me leave the store satisfied. I hate going to any Verizon store, but now I will only being bringing my business to this Verizon store because of Jaz. The other works were also very helpful and kind. Not only did they make sure I left the store happy, but they provided fast service, kindness, and making sure I got the best deals. Thank you to Jaz and the rest of the store for making such a positive amazing experience for me.

Rachel, and Jaz, were excellent while helping me set up a new account and trade in my phone for a new one! They both answered all my questions, gave tips and tricks, and parlayed with customer service on my behalf. 10/10 jokes were told and they are the reason I’m no longer crying in the shower. I’ll refuse to work with anyone other than them in the future, that’s how good their service was!

I called in yesterday to get some info on a new phone and my own phone line. Jaz was a HUGE help and made the process so fun!! We were having issues getting my old number transferred over and she did everything she could to help me out with that. She was really easy to talk to and very welcoming and patient as we were talking to customer service to try and release my old number. I absolutely loved the experience I had at this Verizon store, and thank you Jaz so much for all the help!!

Rachel helped me today and her service was fantastic. I came somewhat late and we ran into some issues getting my data transferred to my new device. I assumed I would need to come back in the morning, but she went above and beyond and got me taken care of same day. The overall demeanor of the staff was friendly, professional, and lacked any overly-pushy salesman attitude. Rachel was able to find me a great deal on the exact phone I was looking for and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase!

Gabe was awesome. Fixed my phone in 5 minutes after a system update screwed it up. The peeps down the street off 3rd wouldn't even look at it even though I was a long time customer. Ill only go to and recommend this place in the future

Xander was very friendly and his customer service was outstanding in helping my wife and I both get new phone's. He had our best interest in making sure we got what we wanted and at the best price. Xander Is very recommended if you're looking for a that new phone or just help in general!!
