I HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH MY PHONE NUMBER BEING GIVEN OUT....I WROTE MY PHONE NUMBER DOWN INSTEAD OF SAYING IT OUT LOUD. I FORGOT SOMETHING IN THE CAR AND I CAME BACK AND HIM AND THIS HISPANIC GUY WERE GIGGLING AND LAUGHING ON PURPOSE TO TRY TO MAKE ME FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE ON PURPOSE. HE WANTED TO MAKE ME FEEL LIKE HE GAVE OUT MY NUMBER. HE PROBABLY DIDN'T HE PROBABLY DID. HIS GOAL WAS TO MAKE ME FEEL LIKE HE VIOLATED MY PRIVACY. I BELIEVE HE GAVE MY NUMBER OUT TO THIS MALE HISPANIC CO WORKER IM A VICTIM OF SEVERE STALKING.....AND THAT BEHAVIOR CAME FROM A MANAGER BEWARE OF THIS STORE.

Great store. Augustine was super helpful, as was the rest of this team. He is very friendly and professional, and made the process of phone upgrade very easy.

It seems like if you are lucky enough to get helped you got good service, but if there is a wait my advice would be to come back another time or ask for the wait time right away.
When I walked in, everyone was busy helping other customers and I was told someone would help me shortly, so I waited. More people came in and waited while the reps just chatted while the phones were “processing”. After 30 min of waiting, one rep went to help someone else who had come in after me. I finally asked how long the wait would be and was told at least another 40 minutes. I wish this was relayed to me when I arrived instead of implying I would be helped quickly and then ignored. Seems a better business model might also be to help other customers while phones are “processing”.

Came in with a non-working phone. I came to visit family and all the sudden my phone stopped working completely.
Malina was incredibly helpful. She did all she could to save my old phone. Unfortunately that didn't work out so I had to get a new one.
She made the transition smoothly.
Being there a while I noticed that all the agents were great to all the customers that came in.
They all have so much patience.
I wishe we had the same team that they do here at our Idaho Falls stores.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this Verizon store! I have been porting over four lines from AT&T Business to Verizon Business for a couple of weeks, and of course, there were all sorts of complications (mostly from AT&T’s side). I popped into this store while running errands to see if they could help untangle some of our issues. Josh and Carolyn went above and beyond to make the process smooth.

Josh was calm, cool, and collected the entire time—like a mad scientist fueled by a drive to solve problems. He methodically worked through every issue until everything was fixed. Meanwhile, Carolyn was so sweet and kind, chatting with me about our shared interests and keeping me distracted while Josh tackled the web of problems.

I’m so impressed by their teamwork, professionalism, and dedication. The store itself is spotless, and the entire staff was warm and expressed genuine care for the wonky problems I had. I highly recommend Josh and his team to anyone who values knowledgeable, patient, and problem-solving customer service. Verizon is lucky to have them!

One point of information - this is an authorized Verizon Retailer, there may be some limitations on what they can do, but their customer service is a 10/10!

Malina did amazing! She helped me do a trade in upgrade and a transfer and open a new line. She was busy multi tasking doing a great job. She answered all the questions I had and helped me transfer everything and help me get a box to mail my phone etc, top notch, customer service!

Rodney took excellent care of me. We sat at a corporate Verizon for over an hour with no one communicating with us. At one point there were three reps ignoring us.
We came to Rodney and he was AWESOME! We got served almost as soon as we walked in. The process of upgrading was super easy and painless.
Will never go to the other Verizon and will come here for all my phone needs.
Thanks Rodney and staff! Thanks for welcoming my family and my kids to play with the demo devices and for being super friendly and helpful.

Josh and Rodney were both great with helping me upgrade to a new phone. I wanted the best value I could find and they totally supported me in that. Rodney even clued me in to the fact that the order I was going to place online had hidden costs, and made it easy for me to do the trade-in through the store, so I didn’t need to worry about shipping my old phone. These guys know their stuff. Didn’t try to pressure me into anything either. Great store!
