Return policy
Receipt, all original packaging, and parts in like-new condition are required for any return/exchange.
Devices purchased on 2-yr or Device Payment agreements may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the original date of purchase. A $50 restocking fee will be charged on any device exchange or return. Devices purchased from Cellular Plus must be returned at a Cellular Plus location.
Apple iPads and Apple Watches are not refundable.
Accessories may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase in resellable condition and with original packaging. Memory cards, SIM cards, installed accessories, and in-ear headsets are not refundable.
No cash refunds over $75. If a refund is appropriate and ALL of the above conditions are met, refunds over $75 will be mailed in the form of a check. Please allow three weeks to process.
Cellular Plus does not accept checks.
