We have been waiting 7 months to get internet through Verizon. We’ve been paying a lot of money for a different internet provider and were very exciting to receive a phone call telling us we could finally receive an internet box. They asked if we would like it set aside for us for when we can come to pick it up after work. When we got there, we were told that between when we got the phone call and when we came to pick it up, our address was no longer valid to get the box because someone else on the same tower as us had gotten the box before us. I’m not saying it’s necessarily any one person’s fault, however I think if you are promising to set aside an internet box for one of your customers, it should go to the people you said you’d give it to. Maybe tell we need to come pick it up ASAP so we can go on a lunch break or something if it’s not something we can wait to get? Or just don’t tell us you’re setting it aside for us. We live all the way across town and were very disappointed.

I stopped into the store on east Broadway across from Jiffy Lube and Christian helped me, *this guy* is a *professional* for a REASON. 😁 The vibe in the store is relaxed, and helpful in ALL ways. You can't go wrong having ANY of these gentlemen analyze your needs, they are extremely knowledgeable, patient and professional and can connect you with whatever works best for you. 🤩💛❤️💙

Very satiafied with Verizon service at the Broadway, Missoula MT store. Lance was especially wonderful: he was extremely clear in every description, understood our needs, updated our plan...and even stayed an hour after store was supposed to close to make sure we were finished. He is fantastic.

Store has a more relaxed atmosphere than most phone stores, with good parking and comfortable seating. The customer service is excellent. My sales person, Chance, was very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. He got what I needed with no problems. I was out the door quickly, and very happy with the experience!

Lance was great! I went in to lower my monthly bill and he got me set up in all kinds of ways with bundling my services and internet. He explained everything really well and spent over an hour with us. I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket and he saved me a ton of money. Definitely recommend this store!

Had an amazing interaction with Alec at this store. My phone intermittently won't charge- Alec checked this for me. We couldn't see what was causing the issue- so he informed me of several steps I could do. Then, while checking my contract/account- he saw that I was overpaying for my family plan, and corrected it right there-saving me money every month. I'm very happy with Alec, and this store wasn't busy at that time---- I'll definitely be coming back here for whatever my phone needs are. Thanks! Jimmy

I joined Verizon about six weeks ago after a 15-year break and recently stopped by the store to turn in my old phone. The assistant store manager was absolutely awesome—professional, friendly, respectful, and not pushy at all. They took great care of me and made the whole process smooth and easy. Great customer service!

Seth did a great job explaining the options and helping solve our phone challenge. He was professional, courteous, patient and when it was all done, we saved $ on our monthly plan even though we added another line. I would highly recommend him to help with you with your phone needs.
